I have been a client of Liz Ann’s since 2010. She is a powerful, compassionate healer and has helped me with everything from physical healings to psychological and spiritual clearings. All sessions are profound. One time, I was having an asthma attack and was about to head to the doctor. She told me to lie down, which I did. She proceeded to “do her thing”; within minutes I was breathing fine and had no asthma symptoms. Energy healing removes blocks to this unimpeded flow and boosts our feeling of physical energy and stamina by reducing stress and its negative effects. Energy therapies have been proven to promote faster healing from surgery, pain management plus significantly lower the effects of daily stress on the body. It has been well documented that continual stress leads to many physical and emotional illnesses. Maintaining the balance of body, mind, and spirit is essential to a healthy and creative life.
Your energy healing session is designed to meet your individual and specific needs. Each session moves you toward more clearing and balancing of body, mind, and spirit. Many times during a session past life situations that impact your present life are released. Your inner wisdom guides this process.
Energy sessions may be done in person or remotely via phone or Zoom. Please contact me to schedule a perfect time for yourself.
